Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how myarchive.in, owned and operated by Rashmi, delivers purchased content. Because we provide digital material — video lessons and ebooks — delivery is completed electronically rather than by physical shipment.

All material offered by myarchive.in is delivered online. No physical shipping is required and shipping charges do not apply. After successful payment your access link is delivered in two ways: on screen, on the payment confirmation page you return to from the payment page, and by email, to the address you gave at checkout.

Access is delivered instantly: when you return from the payment page the link appears on screen, and it is emailed to you the moment payment is confirmed. If a technical fault delays it, access is delivered within 48 hours.

• Provide an accurate email address at purchase.
• Check spam and junk folders if the access email is not visible.
• Contact support promptly if access has not arrived within the stated timeline.

Delivery can be delayed by a mistyped email address, a technical fault, or a payment your bank has not yet confirmed. If your access has not arrived, contact us with your order reference and we will re-send or restore it.

If your access has not reached you within 48 hours of payment, you may cancel the order for a full refund. How that refund is processed is set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

myarchive.in does not sell or deliver physical goods. All products are digital: video lessons that are streamed or downloaded, and ebooks delivered as PDF files.

Sales are final once access has been delivered. A duplicate payment for the same order is refunded, and so is an order we cancel after you have paid. If your access has not reached you within 48 hours of payment, you may cancel the order for a full refund.

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how to request a refund and how long it takes. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are unaffected.
