Policies

Delivery, refunds and cancellation

Access is delivered instantly: when you return from the payment page the link appears on screen, and it is emailed to you the moment payment is confirmed. If a technical fault delays it, access is delivered within 48 hours.

All sales are final once access has been delivered. A duplicate payment is refunded, and so is an order we cancel after you have paid. If a technical fault stops your access reaching you, we re-send or restore it, and if we cannot, we refund the order in full. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 where a product is not delivered, is not as described, or is defective — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If your access has not reached you within 48 hours of payment, you may cancel the order for a full refund.

Refunds are initiated within 5 business days of approval, to the original payment method, and normally reach your account within 5–7 business days after that.

The Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Dewas, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. This does not affect your right under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 to file a complaint where you live or work.

myarchive.in is an independent platform owned and operated by Rashmi as a sole proprietorship based in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh. It sells one thing: the complete motivation and life-advice course made by Rashmi — its video lessons and the ebooks that go with them.

Every lesson and every ebook on this site is original work — written, filmed and edited by Rashmi. Nothing here is licensed from a third party, compiled from other people's recordings, or resold.

What we sell

A single digital product: 180 video lessons across 8 modules, roughly 42 hours in total, together with 6 ebooks delivered as PDFs. All of it arrives as a link after payment. One payment, lifetime access as defined in our Terms of Service, and any lessons and ebooks added while the course is offered, at no extra cost.

The course is practical rather than academic. It is offered for personal use and general guidance, no particular result is promised or guaranteed, and nothing in it is a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial or legal advice.
