This website is operated by Rashmi. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Rashmi. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Privacy Policy.

These Terms apply to all users of the site. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the website or use our services.

Every lesson and every ebook sold on myarchive.in is original work written, filmed and produced by Rashmi. Nothing here is scraped, resold, or licensed from anyone else, and no third party is affiliated with, endorses or sponsors this platform. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to watch, read and keep the course; it does not transfer copyright, and no part of it may be redistributed, resold or uploaded elsewhere.

Sharing your access link, re-uploading the lessons, redistributing the ebook files, or reselling any part of the course is a breach of these Terms and ends your licence without refund.

You must be 18 or older to make a purchase on this site. You may not use the course for illegal or unauthorised purposes, or copy, sell or exploit any part of the site or the course without our written permission. Any breach may result in immediate termination of services.

myarchive.in sells one digital product, The Complete Motivation Course: video lessons together with ebooks delivered as PDF files, as described on the course page at the time of purchase. Nothing physical is sold or shipped.

Access is delivered instantly: when you return from the payment page the link appears on screen, and it is emailed to you the moment payment is confirmed. If a technical fault delays it, access is delivered within 48 hours.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of all taxes. The total you pay is shown on the course page and again at checkout before you pay, and it is charged once — there is no subscription or renewal. Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd.; your card, UPI and bank details are entered on Cashfree’s systems and never reach ours.

Prices may change without notice, but a change never affects an order you have already paid for. We may refuse or cancel an order; where we cancel an order you have paid for, the payment is refunded in full.

If something is wrong with a payment or an order — a duplicate charge, or access that has not arrived — please contact us first at info@myarchive.in, with your order reference.

Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days of receipt. Contacting us first is a request, not a condition: your right to raise a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer is unaffected.

Your purchase includes lifetime access. Lifetime access means access for as long as myarchive.in operates; if the course is ever withdrawn, buyers get at least 90 days’ notice by email to download every file.

Lessons and ebooks added to the course while it is offered are included in your access at no extra cost.

We do not withdraw access you have paid for, except where your licence ends because of a breach of these Terms.

The lessons and ebooks offer general motivation and personal guidance. They are not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and no outcome is promised or guaranteed. If you are dealing with a health or mental-health difficulty, please speak to a qualified professional.

Information on this site is provided for general reference and may not always be accurate or current. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the website without notice and are not liable for doing so, but no such change reduces the lifetime access described in section 5.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or tools linked from this site. Personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Except as these Terms expressly state, the course and the website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of the course is limited to the amount you paid for the course, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profits or data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which cannot be excluded by agreement.

You agree to indemnify Rashmi against claims arising from your breach of these Terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Dewas, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. This does not affect your right under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 to file a complaint where you live or work.
